Rates – When you contact us to inquire about a reservation we will provide you with a quote for your pets visit.  Rates are charged per calendar day of boarding regardless of check in or check out time, not per night.  Our daily rate (per pet) for cats starts at $28, and $34 for dogs (off peak). Rates are discounted for additional pets per sharing a run – please ask our staff for a quote.   Extra charges may apply, so the easiest way is to give us a call and we can put together a quote for you. In peak periods, classified as school holidays / long weekends and public holidays 100% of the booking is payable at time of booking and is non refundable / non transferable if cancelled.  Peak Periods are charged at variable rates depending on the holiday.  We will ALWAYS provide you with a quote and payment in full is required when you book over these peak periods.  This payment is non refundable and non transferable if you cancel or change your booking in any way.

Christmas / New Years Charges – 50% deposit Is required at time of booking,  if you cancel your booking prior to the 1st NOVEMBER.  A $100 booking fee is charged and the balance credited to your account.  Balance for Christmas stay is payable in full prior to 1st November.  If you cancel your booking after the 1st of NOVEMBER you forfeit the entire deposit.

Extra charges – apply for administering of medications, out of hours check in or check out, grooming, entire male dogs, bathing if staying less than 8 days, or any extra services requested.

PHOTOS Photo Packages are available at a cost of $50 for 10 photos posted to our Facebook and Instagram account. Photo shoot will be done within our time constraints at our discretion DURING BUSINESS HOURS ONLY. We reserve the right to cancel a photo shoot. If cancelled no fee will be incurred.

Reservations – The easiest way to make a booking is to give the office a call and one of our team will be happy to help you out, discuss any extras you may require, and make sure you have all the required vaccinations etc.

Minimum Stay Holiday Periods – A 14 day minimum stay charge applies to all bookings that include Christmas day or New years day, a 6 day minimum charge for the Easter break, and 5 days for long weekends. You are welcome to book for a shorter period, but will be charged the minimum stay.  The full reservation will be charged during holiday and peak periods regardless of early departure.

Peak Holiday Surcharges –  A $5 per day / per pet surcharge will be charged for all Public Holidays including – New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Saturday / Sunday & Monday, Anzac Day, Queen’s Birthday, Labour Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and subsequent public holidays.

Payment in full – for all services must be made prior to your pets departure. Any additional days will be charged at the advertised rates. Payment can be made with cash, or EFTPOS.

Long term boarders – are required to pay 50% deposit or set up a regular payment plan.

Hours of Business – You can drop off /pickup Monday to Friday any time between 8am and 4pm.  
Saturday & Sunday between 8am and 1pm. THERE IS NO OUT OF HOURS
