We are still open as usual for business 364 days per year. However, our office doors will remain closed so please call the mobile number featured on the front door and we will assist you. Office hours are 8am to 4pm 7 days a week.
- We offer a drop off and pick up service – please call the office to discuss.
- Out of hours check in / out available – please call the office to discuss.
- Inspections of our facility are temporarily on hold, due to COVID-19.
- Please ensure all documentation – Admission Form / Boarding Contract & Vaccinations are emailed to our office at contactus@pawparkpetresort.com.au prior to arrival.
- Drop off and pick up will temporarily be handled in our car park – please call the office on arrival.
- Payment to be completed prior to pickup via payment on the phone.
