When you contact us to inquire about a reservation we will provide you with an estimate of cost for your pets visit. A full list of our current rates is on display in our office.
Rates are charged per calendar day of boarding regardless of check in or check out time, not per night.
Our daily rate for cats starts at $23, and $28 for dogs. Extra charges may apply so the easiest way is to give us a call and we can put together a quote for you.
Extra charges apply for administering of medications, out of hours check in or check out, grooming, bathing if staying less than 8 days, or any extra services requested.
The easiest way to make a booking is to give the office a call and one of our team will be happy to help you out, discuss any extras you may require, and make sure you have all the required vaccinations etc, but you can email us if you prefer. If you would like us to email you a quote, advising us of medication requirements, exact dates and extras required will help us get your estimated total as close as possible.
Xmas season bookings will be taken upon payment of a 50% deposit. Deposit is refundable less $150 booking fee per run if cancellation is received no later than 1st November. For any cancellations received after 1st November, the full deposit is non-refundable.
Easter, long weekend and all other school holiday bookings require a 50% deposit. (If account total is less than $100, full amount to be paid). Deposit is refundable if cancellation is received no later than 30 days prior to arrival date, less a non-refundable $100 booking fee per run.
A 15 day minimum stay charge applies to all bookings that include Christmas day or New years day, a 5 day minimum charge for the Easter break, and all long weekends. You are welcome to book for a shorter period, but will be charged the minimum stay.
The full reservation will be charged during holiday and peak periods regardless of early departure.
If you require accommodation for your pets during any of the holiday periods it is advisable to book early.
Payment in full for all services must be made prior to your pets departure. Any additional days will be charged at the advertised rates. Payment can be made with cash, or EFTPOS.
Long term boarders are required to pay 50% deposit or set up a regular payment plan.
